Each Inspection will consist of a two to three hour visual inspection of all ready accessible areas of  the dwelling and property. No destructive testing will be performed. Below is a list of areas covered in detail in each inspection

	Roof/Attic
	Garage/Carport
	Electrical
	Structure
	Basement/Crawl space
	HVAC
	Fireplace/Wood stove
	Plumbing
	Bathrooms, Kitchens, and Bedroom
	Laundry Room/ Area

Upon inspecting all components a formal written Report and consultation will follow directly after or within each clients requested time frame.
